This website and the “5 Masalas 50 Dishes” video library (the “Service”) are operated by Prism Inbound (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the Service

5 Masalas 50 Dishes is a digital video library that teaches five base masalas and fifty associated dishes. All content is delivered online. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, to purchase the Service.

3. Your account

An account is created for you automatically when you complete a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Access is for a single user and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

4. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to stream and view the video lessons for as long as the Service is available. You may not copy, download, record, re-upload, resell, redistribute or publicly screen the content, or share your account with anyone else.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the website and are payable through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Payment is a one-time charge; there is no recurring charge or subscription unless separately stated. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, change or discontinue part of the Service for maintenance or improvements.

8. Intellectual property

All videos, text, images, recipes and other content in the Service are owned by or licensed to Prism Inbound and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
